1. Throttles - SET FOR TAKEOFF.
2. Airplane Pitch Attitude - POSITIVE.
3. Rotation - +10 DEGREES (use flight director go-around mode).
4. Flaps - TAKEOFF AND APPROACH.
5. Climb Speed - VAPP.
6. Landing Gear - UP (when positive rate of climb is established).
7. Flaps - UP.
8. Throttles - SET FOR CLIMB.
